Track down Unnatural Axe Is Gonna Kick Your Ass, a 15 track compilation that captures all of the band’s studio material Yeah, it’s a dopey title but it is apt - there’s lots of killer three chord punk nuggets here, most notably the full 1978 EP. Worth it just for “The Creeper” and “The Man I Don’t Want to Be” (guitar solo and all) if nothing else. Some of the hits:

    I was responsible for recording 4 of the tunes on the Is going to kick Your Ass LP.

    I was there for the 1st gigs of tem,Thrills,LaPeste,etc.

    And if you are from B-Town you will remember me and my old band The Transplants.

    great band….if you like these, pick up Unnatural Axe is Gonna Kick Your Ass….it’s got all their stuff. i think its only on LP though.

    Totally of subject here, but I am looking for some stuff by THE PLAGUE (US) who was a really cool US HC band that released a few 7″s as well as a split LP with Sweden’s Rovsvett. Anyone know anything? Let me know (www.slobodanburgher.co.uk)

    Yeah, please please please put up the whole 15 track unnatural axe record. Best shit I’ve heard in a very long while. Can’t find any LP’s with ‘em anywhere.
