Big Boys

Given Biscuit’s passing here are a couple of my favorite Big Boys tunes. Nothing more to say, other than the photo was taken from the Idle Time web archive. Idle Time publisher Dixon Coulbourn passed away earlier this month.

    Rest In Peace Randy

I hope this poem written by Biscuit after the passing of D. Boon can apply to him as well.

Randy “Biscuit” Turner Poem from Flying Horse Fanzine Austin, Tx.

    For D. Boon

A round man came bouncing into my life,
glowing all colors except black. i Fed off the light
and he smiled as a mom would with new pups.
And as i nursed,he cooed the sweet and jazzful tunes
that rocked my cradle so deep. I admired the playpen
we built together. And my teacher, he tied many playpens together in a row till across the world lit a string of colored lights the world had never seen before.
Such a Joy to think that one person could be so gifted
and make so many smile and laugh.
We here on the mortal plane will hold always in our hearts
for you have made us a reason to be.
Thank you D. Boone of the Minutemen
    Rest In Peace
