Dope, Guns, and Fucking Part 2
I debated putting part 2 of this post off until later, but what the hell, I’ll just continue with volumes 7 - 11 of Amphetamine Reptile’s Dope, Guns, and Fucking in the Streets 7″ compilation before I forget about it. Checkout last weeks post on volumes 1-6 for some basic info on the series. Personally, I found the latter volumes to be some of the best (though volume 5 may be the best overall), with two of the best being volume 7 (Jesus Lizard, Unsane, Cosmic Psychos, Fetish 69) and volume 8 (Superchunk, Guzzard, Jawbox, GodHeadSilo). Hey T - Hammerhead is definitely one of my all-time faves. In fact, the very first post I wrote was about Hammerhead. And Vaz is top-notch also, look for a post on Vaz in the near future
